Conception to Completion

Each project is allocated a dedicated Sales Account Manager who from the initial enquiry through to the placement of order ensures that the tender provided is to the client's requirements.

Upon the order being secured, the project is allocated to one of our Project Managers. Their primary role is to engineer and produce the controls system strategy and graphics, control panel drawings, procurement of equipment together with all the relevant technical documentation. The Project Manager will also be responsible for the day to day management of the project ensuring that scheme is completed on time and within the determined budget.

All our installations are carried out by highly trained and experienced site-based engineers. Every control solution we produce is engineered, manufactured and thoroughly tested prior to being despatched to site. Any electrical installation work is carried out to the current edition of the IEE regulations in conjunction with manufacturer's specific instructions.

Prior to hand-over, training is undertaken with the end user to ensure that the system is fully operational as intended.
